HIV and the Church

December 1st is World AIDS Day, the time every year where we join with the international community in recognizing World AIDS Day and the over 37 million people around the world living with HIV. If you are a part of Saddleback Church or living in the Southern California area, check out these ways to get involved:

World AIDS Day at Santa Ana Art Walk, Dec. 1

This World AIDS Day, the HIV&AIDS Initiative is heading to the Santa Ana Art Walk in partnership with Emmaus Church. Come experience the culture of Santa Ana and help us reach out to the community with arts to share a message of hope, love and prevention.

Through raising awareness and reducing the stigma of HIV/AIDS, we can make an impact in our community this World AIDS Day!

In partnership with Emmaus Church in Santa Ana, it will be an awesome time of reaching the community. Let us know you can join us by hitting reply or emailing HIV@saddleback.com.

World AIDS Day at Saddleback – Serve after your service

Every year, Saddleback Church engages with the community around World AIDS Day (Dec. 1st and 2nd) to show that we care about people living with HIV and are committed to providing compassion, care, and real solutions. This year, all our So Cal campuses will be showing their support by passing out and wearing red HIV/AIDS awareness pins. If you are willing to help connect people to our ministry 15 minutes before and after service at your campus by handing out pins and being a welcoming presence, sign up here.
